Answers to the questions we hear most often.

Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can book a physio assessment directly. If our therapist thinks a doctor's input would help, they'll say so during the visit.
How long is each session?
Initial assessment plus treatment is about 60 minutes. Follow-ups are typically 45 minutes. We always end on time.
What does the physio bring?
A portable treatment table, exercise bands, stabilising tape, the right resistance gear, and ultrasound where clinically indicated.
Do you cover my area?
We cover the Klang Valley by default: PJ, KL, Subang, Shah Alam, Puchong, Damansara, Cheras, Ampang, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Kepong, Setapak. Outside this list, ask; there may be a small travel surcharge.
How do payments work?
Pay after the session via cash, online transfer, or e-wallet. A receipt is issued on the spot, suitable for insurance claims.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free of charge with at least four hours' notice. Inside that window we may charge a small fee to cover the therapist's travel.
